Canadian Creamed honey is unique in that it's already crystallized, meaning that if you store it between 50°F and 75°F, it will stay the same consistency indefinitely. This crystallization process leaves a smooth white texture that tastes sweeter and lighter than any other honey.

Organic Creamed Honey is very similar, but with the extra nutrients and enzymes that come with organic honey. Unlike Canadian Creamed, Organic Creamed honey thickens over time, but never gets hard enough to where you can't scoop it with a butter knife.

Everything we sell must test to be 100% pure.

Why does all of your organic honey originate from outside the US?

Because of the chemicals and pesticides sprayed on the farms and fields in the US, and the distance bees travel to gather nectar, the USDA won't certify any honey that originates in the US as organic. However, our quality standards are high enough to where they might certify all of our honey as organic if they were willing to test it.
